These terms cover this website and the free audit only. Paid work is covered by a separate signed agreement, described below.
The Free Audit Is an Estimate
The free audit is automated. It measures what it can see on your public website and uses AI to help write up what it found. It is for your information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice.
The audit may contain errors or miss things. We do not guarantee that it is complete or correct, and we do not guarantee any result, such as more visitors, better rankings or more customers, from acting on it.
Audit Only Websites You Are Allowed To
Submit only a website that you own or have permission to audit. You are responsible for that permission.
No Abuse
Do not use the audit tool in a way that harms us, our providers or anyone else's website. That includes:
- Running it with scripts, bots or other automated tools.
- Running it over and over to overload a website or to get around our limits.
- Trying to break, probe or get around the security of this site.
We may block access to anyone who does.
Who Owns What
The text, design, images and report layout on this site and in our audit reports belong to us. You may read them and keep your report for your own business. You may not copy or resell them.
The content of your own website stays yours. You let us read and process its public pages so we can run your audit.
Prices and Paid Work
Prices on this site can change. Any paid work with us is governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement controls over anything on this site. The money back guarantee terms live in that agreement. The guarantee applies to our Core and Full options only.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to other websites, including sites we built for clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Disclaimer
This site and the free audit are provided as they are, without promises of any kind. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limit on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any lost profits, lost business or indirect damages from your use of this site or the free audit. Because the audit is free, our total liability for anything related to it is limited to $100.
Texas Law
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the change.
