Built For Owner-Led Companies Doing $1 Million To $10 Million A Year And Looking To Grow.

You've been in your industry a long time. You've hired good people, and you still do the hard parts yourself: the sales calls, the quotes, the problems nobody else can solve. You wear too many hats, and there are no hours left in the day to grow.

You run the business on instinct, because that's what has always worked. Ask where last month's customers came from, what each one cost, or whether you're on budget, and the real answer is a guess. It got you here. You're tired of carrying all of it to get any further.

The Problems That Cost You Customers And Never Show Up On A Report.

  • Feast or famine.

You prospect until the work comes in, then you're too busy doing the work to prospect. The pipeline dries up and you start over. Nothing compounds, and new business stops the moment you stop chasing it.

  • Every customer starts cold.

A free quote, a fresh pitch, and hours of your time building trust from zero.

  • Nothing is tracked.

Leads arrive by phone, form, text and email, and nobody owns all of them.

  • The website can't prove itself.

You paid for it and can't say how many customers it brought in last month.

  • Vendors who never talk.

Your website, your ads and your software all come from different companies.

  • The after-hours call still rings your cell.

What Your Week Looks Like When The System Is Running.

The phone rings, and the person on the other end already knows what you do, what it costs and why they want you. They found you, read your reviews, watched your video and got the emails that answered their questions before you ever spoke. You don't pitch. You take the order.

The sale logs itself in the software you already use. The reminder goes out on its own. When the job's done, the review request sends without anyone remembering to send it, and a few months later a note asks if they need you again, or know someone who does.

Your team knows where every lead stands. Your customers hear back fast. And you work less, on the parts of the business only you can do.

Progress Gets Measured.

What gets measured gets improved... and we measure everything. You'll get regular reports of all of your business' key vital statistics. We'll use this information to find what is working well, what needs improvement, and where to stop wasting energy on things that don't get results.

Ryan Proved This On His Own Businesses Before Selling It To Anyone.

Ryan owns a boutique hotel on Canyon Lake and apartment communities. He spent seven years writing home loans for more than 600 families, and he raised $3 million from investors for his real estate company. Every one of those businesses needed customers, and the website was never the whole answer.

At Starlight Horizon the website brought people in. What turned them into guests was everything after it: someone answering when they called, a follow-up when they didn't book, a reason to come back. Ryan led the marketing the whole way, and revenue went from $281,000 to $700,000 in four years. A General Manager and five full-time staff run it day to day. On the capital side, he built the funnel that raised that $3 million and brought 1,500 investors into his database.

When Ryan went looking for help, agencies quoted him anywhere from $6,000 to $45,000 for a website alone, and the website was only the first piece. So he built it himself. He started this company to build the same systems for owners like you, at a price that makes sense for what they bring in.

Your Business Needs A Marketing Edge

Your market is crowded, and everyone in it says the same things. Blend in and you get lost in the vagueness. The businesses that win have a clear edge.

We find yours and put it in writing: the customer you want most, why they buy, and the message that makes them act. You approve it before a single page is designed. After that, every page, ad and email works from it, so the customers you want most arrive already convinced you solve their exact problem.

Where Good Leads Get Lost After They Find You.

Marketing did its job and someone found you. A business can still lose that lead at almost every stage below, and most of those losses never show up on a report.

  1. Lead in

They find you through search, an ad, a referral or a post.

  2. Not ready to talk

They're interested but want to know more before giving you anything.

Lost here: nothing more to read or watch, so they leave and don't come back.

  3. Joins your list

They'll trade an email for something useful. A call is still too much.

Lost here: no reason to share an email, or the email lands and nothing follows.

  4. Reaches out

They call or fill out the full form.

Lost here: nobody answers, or the reply comes two days later and they've hired someone else.

  5. Not qualified yet

They aren't ready to buy today.

Lost here: no nurturing, so a future customer gets written off.

  6. On the calendar

A call or appointment is booked.

Lost here: no reminder, they forget, and nothing moves them to the next step.

  7. Deciding

    They have questions and objections.

Lost here: no follow-up answering them, so the deal goes quiet.

  8. Customer

    They buy.

  9. Comes back

Reviews, referrals and the next purchase.

Lost here: nobody asks. We set those asks to go out automatically.

You already paid to get every one of these leads. Fixing the leaks turns more of them into sales before you spend another dollar on traffic.

Your Website, Ads And Follow-Up All Run From One Plan.

When different vendors own different pieces, nobody owns the customer. A great website that feeds a broken follow-up process gets blamed for the failure. We own the result, so we run every piece from your Marketing Edge, and the ad, the page it lands on and the email that follows all say the same thing.

  • Marketing Edge

Your best customer and the message that moves them.

  • Website

Designed and written for your business, built to turn visitors into calls and forms.

  • Traffic

Search, paid ads on Google and Meta, and your Google Business Profile.

  • Follow-up

Forms, booking, your customer database and the automations, wired into the software you already use.

  • Content

Photography, video and your video sales letter. We produce it and approve every piece before you see it.

  • Reporting

One plain-English report every month, plus a dashboard of the numbers your business runs on.

Typical Client Timeline

  1. Day 1

Kickoff call. We get access to your accounts and set your starting numbers.

  2. Week 1

Your Marketing Edge, drafted for your review.

  3. Week 2

Website copy written. You approve the words before design starts.

  4. Week 4

Website live, with tracking on every call and form.

  5. Week 8

Follow-up running: reminders, nurture emails and review requests. Ads live on the budget we agree.

  6. Month 3

Your first full quarter of numbers. Test, improve, repeat: we cut what isn't working and put more behind what is.

  7. Month 6

New pages built from what your customers actually search for and what's working.

  8. Month 12

A full year of data. An annual check-in meeting and full report: opportunities, problems, recommendations, and what to expect next year.

  9. Year 2

Results measured against Year 1, with a new annual report and plan.

  10. Year 3 +

    Repeat, and keep growing.

If Our Marketing Doesn't Pay For Itself, You Don't Pay For It.*

Every month, we compare our monthly fee with the revenue from customers our marketing brought in: tracked calls, forms and bookings, as recorded in your own system. If that revenue comes in under our fee, our fee drops to match it.

After 12 months, if our system has not brought in as much as your build fee, we reduce your build fee to the revenue it brought in that year. Your ad spend sits outside the guarantee. To keep it fair, you keep any ad budget we agree on, answer new leads within one business hour during your operating hours, and give us access to your sales numbers.

*The guarantee applies to our Core and Full systems. It does not apply to the Website option.

We'll Tell You What's Working, And What Isn't.

Plenty of agencies tell owners what they want to hear and bill them either way. We'd rather tell you an idea won't work before you spend money on it. If the real problem is somewhere else, like a phone nobody answers at 6pm, we fix that before we buy a single ad. You get a partner who'll push back when it matters, not a yes man.

And we earn our fee every month. If our marketing doesn't pay for itself, you don't pay for it.*

*On our Core and Full systems.

What Owners Ask Us On The First Call.

What does it cost?

Prices are published on the pricing page. Pricing

Is there a long contract?

No long-term contract. Your build is paid by launch, then the monthly service is month to month.

How soon is my website live?

Four weeks from kickoff.

How does the guarantee work?

On our Core and Full systems, every month, if the customers our marketing brought in don't cover our monthly fee, our fee drops to match what they brought in. After 12 months, the same goes for your build fee: if our system hasn't brought in as much as it, we reduce it to what the system brought in.

Will I have to switch software?

Usually not. We wire follow-up into the software you already use. If a different tool would be dramatically better, we'll tell you why and set it up for you.

How does it work?

After our free consultation, we audit your entire business and give you a 20-page report on everything we recommend doing in your business. You can implement it yourself, or choose a done-for-you option where we build everything for you. See pricing for both options

What do I own?
  • Your domain
  • Your ad accounts
  • Your customer data
  • The software and systems we set up for you
  • Your website files

Cancel anytime and keep the system we built for you.

Do you work outside Austin?

Yes. We work with businesses anywhere in the United States.
